Learn How to Incorporate Whole Foods into Your Life

Marilyn's style of teaching is, in a nutshell - learn how to make this work for you.
In our ultra-busy lives it can be difficult to take the time to cook. But without fresh, whole foods in our diet, we lose our health. How can you make this happen. Marilyn's classes stress learning how to understand your own personal health needs and how to cook for it. Classes teach shortcuts that work and where you don't want to cut short on your health.

Marilyn's techniques lay foundation of slow-food, whole-foods cooking for any type of diet, be it vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, omnivorous, or any variation you choose to follow.

Classes are available at all levels -- beginner, intermediate, advanced.

Marilyn's former students include well-known whole foods chefs, Christina and Robert Pirello, Lindsay Gilmour and Geraldine Walker.
