A strong, healthy mother can give her child a solid foundation rooted in nourishment and self-care. Marilyn has raised five children of her own, now young adults, and has helped many other women learn how to care of their children.
Marilyn has studied and practiced women's health, pregnancy and childbirth, and children's diet since 1975.
Her coaching includes diet, exercise and lifestyle choices for the mother as well as diet and care for the child.
Nourishing Foods For the New Mom
One of the best things a new mother can do for herself and her new child after the birth is to take care of herself. This includes getting plenty of rest and eating nourishing foods that will help her to heal from childbirth along with providing nourishment for producing breast milk.
